To be entitled to a Makro Tradecard, you need to be in business or authorised to buy on behalf of a business.
With 30 stores throughout the UK, Makro is the convenient, professional and cost effective choice for anyone who purchases on behalf of a company or their own business.
For your convenience you can complete the application form and bring it into store along with your documents to save yourself time when registering in store
To apply for a Makro trade card you will need:

Documents Required
As a wholesaler, we sell business to business only, offering you the best deals in the market place. It’s part of our legal requirements that we need to see documents that you are a business.
When you come into store to register, please bring photocopies of the following documents:
Companies/Organisations

V.A.T. Certificate of incorporation from Companies House or copy of business bank account statement.

Personal photographic ID of the cardholder.
Self-Employed

1.
Recent correspondence from HMRC (Inland Revenue) or a copy of a recent business tax assessment.

Personal Photographic ID of the cardholder.
By signing the Tradecard and using it to obtain access to a Makro store, the business which is the Tradecard holder (the “Holder”) and any authorised user agree to be bound by and will observe and comply with Makro’s Conditions of Use.
Additional Cards
If your business is already registered with Makro and you want an extra trade card, simply bring a letter on company headed paper to your local store detailing:
- Your business name
- Your name
- Your trade card number
- Name of the new trade card holders
- Confirm that they agree to the terms and conditions
A maximum of 12 trade cards for each business location can be issued to authorised purchasers.
