• For data protection reasons, our membership database is regularly reviewed. If you have not visited MAKRO for over two years your account may have become inactive. 

• If your Tradecard has less than 13 numbers, please try inputting zeros before the second part of the number ie 01 001234 81 412

• If you were a customer of (Wolverhampton/Coventry/Swansea) and hold a temporary tradecard, please use your old tradecard number to log in and view the Makro Mail until you receive your replacement tradecard.

•   Login is not possible within 10 days of initial registration
