Tradecard Application Form

To be entitled to Makro Tradecard you need to be in business or authorised to buy on behalf of a business.
To apply for a Tradecard, please fill in the following form.

Application for New Tradecard
Please fill in this section if you are not already registered and you require a Tradecard. Simply submit this form and you will receive a confirmation email from one of our stores.

In order to complete your registration we will need photocopies of your registration documentation ( see below). Please take these copies into your local store or post  them to your local store using the address displayed in Section 2 of the form. Once we have received these then your application will be completed. Please allow 24 hours for your application to be processed.

Registration Documents required (please send photocopies only)

Companies/Organisations
(1) V.A.T. Certificate of incorporation from Companies House or copy of business bank account statement.
(2) Two recent purchase invoices over the value of £50 each. (3) Personal Photographic I.D of the cardholder.

Self-Employed
(1) Recent correspondence from HMRC (Inland Revenue) or a copy of a recent business tax assessment. (2) Two recent purchases invoices over the value of £50 each. (3) Personal Photographic I.D of the cardholder.
